Introduction to eBill

eBill is a Swiss digital invoicing system that works directly through e-banking. With eBill, invoices can no longer be sent only by post or email, but also directly into the online banking of the customers. This way customers can review, approve and pay the invoices directly in their online banking with a single click.

How does eBill work with Pingen?

Pingen makes sending invoices via eBill especially simple. Just upload your existing Swiss QR invoices and Pingen automatically creates the corresponding eBill. No complex technical setup or dedicated infrastructure is required.

Create a free eBill account

To use eBill, you can either create a new eBill account in Pingen or connect an existing account. To do so, go to "Organisation Administration" → "eBill Settings". A detailed guide on how to create an eBill account can be found here

To connect an eBill account with your Organisation in Pingen, "Switzerland" must be set as the default recipient country. This setting can be managed via "Organisation Administration" → "Configuration".
